Hi, I've just uploaded a new version of my map of central London. https://web.archive.org/web/2020/https://www.minecraftworldmap.com/worlds/lbwQ5
This version has data from Wikipedia -- signposts on all the landmarks.
Buildings are hollow which makes it easier to add windows, doors or other modifications. This map might make a really interesting starting point for a creative server.
