Incomplete Upload Archived · read-only

When I upload I stay in the screen until it said it is complete. Once it is done that I go into my maps to look at it. Every time it saids that is incomplete even though on the upload screen it saids that it is complete.
Any suggestions or is there a common fix that I am missing. Thanks in advance for any replies.

you have to provide archive file, picture, title and description. it's not enough to only upload the map..
