How do I publish my map? Archived · read-only

I do not know how to get my map on here so others can download it. I have looked up how to do it, but everything was complicated and confusing. I have finished it, and excited to publish it, but I have no idea how. Help please!

The only thing that has changed is that instead of clicking the upload button in the center of the navigation bar, you click on your name at the top right hand corner of your screen. It will open a drop down menu where you can select "Upload World", as you can see here.
