Hello there,

I've made numerous attempts this weekend to upload the recent version of my map but am not having any success. The zip file seems to upload as normal; I get to 100% and I get the message that the archive has been saved and been submitted for processing again... but then nothing happens. There is no "rendering in process" message on my screenshot and when I've tried to download my own map I just end up with a corrupted zip file. I have made no major changes to my map since the last successful upload last week - just a bit of minor building. I've done all the usual diagnostics and checked with your rules and advice for successful uploading - there are no files in the zip that shouldn't be! I'm at a loss to explain it and at the moment can neither upload my map nor console myself with the thought that the previous version is online.

Are there server problems?

Best wishes,
Steve (silsetto)

I have also encountered this. I have deleted one of my maps and am currently uploading my more recent 'update' to one of my maps as an entirely new thing. hopefully that works.

Hello paktu, I'd be interested to know if that worked or not.

it did not.

Did you get this resolved? I'm seeing all your maps as being rendered but maybe I'm missing the newest one.

My latest map has now uploaded though not without a few issues. Uploaded successfully on Monday night (I then downloaded it and checked it was all OK). Uploaded a second update yesterday (Tuesday) and kept getting IO error messages half way through the upload. I was using IE11 and so then tried it with Edge and it uploaded successfully. Again I downloaded it and ran some checks and all seemed fine.

I have no idea whether swapping to Edge made any difference; it could be a sporadic glitch... despite my map being uploaded and rendered I'd argue there is still a bug somewhere.

Changing to Edge could make a difference, cause all browsers are different. Try using Edge more times, and see if you get any errors, because if not, then it's the explorer's problem. (explorer is the worst browser.)

it did eventually work after a few days of trying.
