Well then I'm afraid the problem is entirely on your end, and there almost certainly isn't anything I can do about it. Just out of curiosity, are you completely unable to download the file, or can you download it but it doesn't work when you do?

Download works just fine for me, so your problem seems to be on your end. If you want to try downloading the map a different way, I've uploaded the map to MediaFire, and you can find it here. What I've uploaded is nothing more than the compressed world download from this site, so my file should be exactly the same as if you were able to download the map from here.
