Megablock

Survive on a giant block in the sky, using the resources in the island.

Map Info:

All the Minecraft achievements can be "get" (apart from adventuring time) but I am not sure about on a rail and beaconator
The nether and end have their own islands and the end has an ender dragon to defeat
In the end, the island is far away from the obsidian platform so you will need some blocks to get there

Don't go to the naturally generated part of the nether.
