I'm afraid what you've posted isn't a map. In order to get something that is a map uploaded, I'll walk you through the steps:

1. Launch Minecraft.
2. Click the "Edit Profile" button in the bottom left corner. A window labelled "Profile Editor" will appear.
3. Locate the checkbox labelled "Game Directory". It is the first one from the top.
4. Check the checkbox. This will enable the textbox beside the checkbox.
5. Copy the text in the textbox.
6. Uncheck the checkbox.
7. Close the Profile Editor window.
8. Close Minecraft.
9. Open up a file folder. This can be any file folder at all, even a new one.
10. In the address bar of this folder, enter the text you've copied and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. This will open your ".minecraft" folder.
11. Open the "saves" folder.
12. Located the world you want to upload.
13. Right-click that world, select the "Send to" option, and then select "Compressed (zipped) folder". This will create a zipped folder of your world that you can name whatever you want.
14. Copy or cut this zipped folder (and only the zipped folder) to your desktop.
15. On your internet browser, open a new tab, and go to this site on the new tab. This will allow you to continue reading my instructions while you follow them.
16. On the new tab, click on your profile name in the top right corner, then click the option "My Maps".
17. On the picture of you world, there will be a green pencil and a red "X" in the top left corner. Click the green pencil. This will take you to the editing page for your world.
18. Click the "Choose Archive" button in the "New World Archive" section, which will be at the top of the page. Doing this will open a new window with files that can be uploaded, and the window should default to browsing your desktop. If the window isn't browsing your desktop, there should be at least 1 instance of the word "Desktop" on the left side of the window, which you should click on.
19. Select the zipped folder that you had created earlier, and moved to your desktop. Then press the "Open" button near the bottom right of the window. The window will close.
20. You will now be back to the editing page of your world, where you need to press the "Upload!" button, found in the "New World Archive" section.
21. Wait until the upload has reached 100%.
22. Scroll down the page until you find a checkbox labelled "Render Again?". Click the name or the checkbox.
23. Scroll down further until you find a button labelled "Save!". Click that button.
24. Enjoy your world upload.
