Hey guys,

We've all had a great time playing Sky Zone by Dark_Akarin on the server over the past week but I would like to transfer out this world for a new featured world in the near future.

Any suggestions? Post links to the world you would like to see and we can put it to a vote.

I vote Planetoids, or a nether ish map but with trees

How about a vote based system for the featured map? ("best save" is a great map btw I love the villages at the top right)

use the mistral city from the yogscast its not on mcworldmap. u can download it somewhere else

I don't know if Yogscast would appreciate us using their map on our server. We should really have permission from the creator.

I vote for the PVP one!

What about one of the fantasy world themed ones? Like a Zelda map? Or a LOTR (Lord of the Rings) map? or something like that?

My other suggestion, is the biomes mod!! It makes stupendous biospheres that are encased in glass and are of different biomes, and each is connected to 4 others, endlessly in all directions. The individual biospheres are of varying sizes and have different resource moons that over near them occasionally. This includes the Nether biomes, so you don't have to have a netherworld with this one!

It's one of Risugami's mods, and updated for 1.2.5, but is only single player. Solution? Create the map in single player and then import into multiplayer as a world!

I really like the biospheres mod in single player!

I would like to recommend that you check out the multiverse world generator called "BananaSpace"
It has some setting to play around with. I'm not sure if its what your looking for, but it might turn out to be pretty cool.
LOL, just found another generator called "BananaImageToMap". It will let you convert an image into a minecraft map. So, as an example, you could convert a picture of all the admins (minecraft character, probably shouldn't be IRL) of the server into a map for people to play on. Check out an example here.

There actually is a biomes mod that has a multiplayer version. It is called ExtraBiomesXL. The singleplayer version adds blocks, but the multiplayer version does not. It just generates awesome terrain.

The Yogscast never released their map. A fan recreated it.
