Hello!

FYI - The queue is currently not processing any maps. As of this posting the queue length is four pages.

Thanks for providing this service, a lot of people enjoy it.

Take care,

Scott

Thanks for the report!
Unfortunately we still do not know what is causing our Queue stalls.
Skeight will restart the service next time he is online. Sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you continue to use our service!

Sorry Sump22 for the inconvenience, unfortunately I have no power over when the Queue is restarted. For the Queue to be restarted it requires that Skeight (Website Owner) to manually restart it. At the moment skeight is not available and cannot be contacted, and is not responding to any requests. The reason that the Queue may have been stalled is if a large world causes the system to overload, making it crash and think that it is still uploading the errored world when it is not.

I understand it's out of your hands. No worries. Just pretty crappy that a site owner/admin isn't reachable to fix the site.

Keep in mind that this isn't a for-profit business. If you paid the minimum premium donation amount I don't think he's bringing in any profit. This effects the level of expectations I have for continuity of service. If this was a for-profit business, I would demand a fix. Because it's a volunteer service that is provided to the Minecraft community at what I imagine to be a financial burden, I give a tremendous amount of leeway because of the tremendous amount of value I've got in return for such a small donation amount.

He'll get it fixed soon enough, maybe life is getting in the way of Minecraft. A one-man operation can be quickly brought down when something more important than Minecraft comes up.

You are correct. For what I currently know, Skeight does not make any profit off this site other then from Ad Revenue, all donations to this site go toward upgrades to the website. If running this website was his job he would be on constantly, which it is not. Since skeight codes, develops, and runs the website all himself, we do run into problems that aren't immediately fixed.
