Stalled queue? Archived · read-only

Has the process that takes uploads from the queue and sends them for rendering stalled? The queue is growing and growing at the moment, and none of them seem to be getting rendered...

Thanks for pointing this out to me. We're back up and running again. Should get through the queue quite quickly.

Is this still happening? I'm uploading my first save so it can render a map and it's showing a single blue dot on the upload bar and it's been there for over a half hour.

Uploading and rendering are different processes. How large is your save, and how fast is your Internet?

Thanks for the quick response! The save is 38MB and I just did a speed test that shows a 26ms ping response with 19.83Mbps on download and 1.90Mbps on upload.

I don't know if it would help but I could take a screenshot of the page if that helps.

I thought I got the problem fixed when I got my file to upload but when I try to render the map it says "incomplete upload". That's after the upload page says upload complete. I repackaged it and uploaded again and I get the same message.

for a complete upload, you need to not only upload a map, you need to upload a image and add a description, too.

I have correctly uploaded my packed map, a screenshot and everything was done except that after entering the description (title, tags and everything), I press the Save button and nothing happens.

At "my maps" it sais incomplete download and the world title is "world1" instead of the title I typed. What's wrong?

I found the problem. The save button doesn't work if you type any text with non english characters.

Thanks for posting what you found. I'll look into this the next time I am working on changes to the site.
