Nethack123 was a friend to me at 1st but then turned into this... I think this deserves a ban!

the best way to report such a thing is to use our new ticket system:

it's important to include the exact player-name and what the problem was.

its also good to post here with photo evidence too so we can see it and we can have a idea of what we are looking for before we get into the actual work cause i always check the forums before i log on to the server

But mamxan when I do that I give no proof so whats is the point?

the screenshot is not the proof, as afguy stated, it gives us only the hint to what we are looking for. we don't ban because of the screenshot, we need to check the logs and if it's in there, we ban because of that...
