Toggle-able BUD Switch

Toggles between
a) T-BUD (where it gives a constant output)
b) Pulse BUD (where it gives a short pulse output)
For those who do not know what a BUD Switch is,
it a Piston that, when a block is placed next to it,
it does some Redstoney Stuff and gives a Redstone output.
