He can't It is done by Westeroscraft. He put the info in his description for them, though.

Yes, that is correct. You should be able to use the map as long as you credit WesterosCraft since it was released publicly, but depending on how you plan to use the map as well as your animation, you will want to check with WesterosCraft.

Correct. However to download and play the file for personal use you don't need permission, and to use the content in media such as video, you should have permission as long as you credit WesterosCraft since the maps were released for public use. However, just to be sure, you should contact WesterosCraft.
